What a paid plan does not buy

The list of things money cannot do here is shorter to write than the list of features.
Businesses pay us for invitation volume, team seats and API access. That is the whole list.
No plan removes a review, changes a score, hides low ratings, reorders a profile, or gets priority in a moderation decision. Support answers faster on a paid plan; moderators do not.
This is not generosity. A score that could be bought would not be worth showing, and a business that displays our widget is relying on readers believing that.
