Reporting a review
What happens after you report something, and what reporting cannot do.
Anyone can report a review — the person who wrote it, the business, or a reader. Choose the guideline you think it breaks and add anything a moderator should check.
Reporting does not remove a review. A moderator reads every report, usually within 24 hours, and records a written decision. If enough independent reports arrive, the review is hidden while it is looked at.
Businesses cannot remove reviews at any price. No plan changes that.
